The Austrian Government has decided to increase the strength of the artillery by 42 batteriea, thus eolipßing the other European countries in this respect. Rome, 24th November. The Committee appointed to enquire into the relations between tho Government and the banks has disapproved of the charge that the Government was guilty of political simony in regard to the- Italian banks. The Italian Ministry has resigned. I special. J (Reoeived November 25, 10.10 a.m ) Berlin, 24th November. The German camps on the Belgian frontier are to be supplied with the newest pattern of artillery.
