James Craik was foui.d Guilty of assault with intent, under great provocation, and sentence was deferred. William M'Phee and Henry Holland, convicted yesterday of house-breaking, were brought up for Bentence. M'Phee, an old offender, received three years', and Holland 12 months imprisonment.
