The Board, appointed a headmaster, transferred from a country p district, without the invitation of applioa- 11 tions, m recommended by the Committee, j and the Committee has closed the sohool. The Board has suggested the re-opening of the ti school under the new headmaster, and the m stating of a case for the Snpreme Court to ±. decide the rights of eaoh body. The Committee to-night deolined to re-open the 11 sobool, and deaided to call a meeting of i, householders. It is expected that the Board v will take foroible possession of the sohool in 1 the morning. • ~ jr
