Next morning he found that tho place hud been broken into, and tho bag and its contents were gone." Sergeant Dnffin deposed to searching accused's bedroom, whe-o Foote's black bag was found. Accused was committed for trial. Wallath was next charged with breaking into Furlong's shop on lGth June, and stealing Swiss cienrs and othor things. The case i 3 stiil proceeding.
