I UNITED PBKSB ASSOCIATION. I London, 27th July. It is expected that the Soamen's Union, as at present constituted, will collapse, and a new Union will be formed. In consequence of the adverse issue of his libel actions, Mr. Wilson, tho Secretary, is likely to resign his seat in Parliament. UmtisTCirußCH, 28th July. The Avon Koad Board, at a meeting tonight, decided to nrovido work for a number of the unemployed, at the rate of 5s a day.
