The remarkable paternity caso which has so often been before the English Couits and obtained bo much prominence in the London newsp'ipors, was again before tho Court of Appeal this weok. ' Upon the Court refusing Mrs. Thompson's application to supersede Mr. ftourko and give her tho custody of tho cbildrpn, sho seized the boy, and a most exciting scono followed. Sho fought fiercely for possession of tho child, and it waa not till six ushers had been called in that tho officials succcodod in carrying her screaming and struggling from tho Conrt.
