P Murray- Aynsley, an old settler, ■ died last night. Auckland, 21et Jnly. i A former named John Cook, aged C 2, of ' Hakaru, who lived by himself, was found in ' his home dying. He had taken a fit, whioh { rendered hi 3 limbs useloss, and preoluded him from helping himself. He lived two days after being discovered. At the inquest the verdiot was, Died from a Fit brought on ' by exposure and want of sustenance. When ' found, he had been without food for three or ] four days. ' Dunedin, 21st July. ] At the inqueßt on the body of a ohild, aged six months, in whioh the mother stated that she had given it Irish Moss, Dr. Sten- ' house depreciated theuße of patent medicines, i many of whioh, he said, wore of a dangerons oharaoter. He said the sale of them should be regulated by legislation. The verdiot "was Death from Bronchitis.
