During his stay hero, which will be a short one, Admiral Bowden-Smith proposos to romain oc board the flagship, and will not resido in Government House. He informed tho Harbour Board authorities that ha does not propose berthing the Orlando at any of tho wharves. He considers that the same need does not exist here as in the capital oity, where there was great difficulty in travelling between the ship and shore in very rough weather.
