UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wanqantt', 21st April. After a hearing extending over three days tho case of Kicklebon v. Bakor & Cook concluded to-night. Tho defendants aro a firm of solicitors in Palmeraton North, and the claim against' them was for £200 for alleged negligent management of a certain transnetion of tho plaintiff's. Mr. Jellicoo appeared for the plaintiff, and Messrs. Gully and Skorrott for tho defondants. The jury had not roturned by 11 p.m. Tins Dat. The jury took nearly five hours in deliberating, and brought in their vordint at 2 30 this morniug— for tho defondants, judgment being entered accordingly, with costs of both trials on the lower scale.
