London, Bth January. A daring robbery was committed in the Strand in broad day light yesterday. A showcase, containing diamonds and jewellery, which was on view outside a jeweller's shop, was removed bodily by a baud of thieves, who took mattprs so coolly that the passersby imagined thoy were bona fide workmen. There is no clue to the identity of the robbers.
