Tho weather in Ettglond and on tho Continent is extremely cold, and many persons havo been frozen to death hero and in Germany and Austria, In Fuim«, Au-itro-Huflgaiy, a train was snowed up for 18 hours, and the passengers suffered terribly from cold. Constantinople. 6th January. A severe stoim has been experienced in the Black Sea. Thirty vessels, including several steamers, havo been wrecked. I SPECIAL. I (Received January 7, 12.30 a.m.) London, Cth January. Owing to the largo quantity of ico on the Thames several vessels are imprisoned in the London Docks.
