THE FROZEN MEAT TRADE.
I UNITED PEESB ASSOCIATION. I London. 23rd September. Mr. Henry Fetter, the well-known meat salesman, complains to Mr. Perceval, the Agent-General for New Zealand, that a large percentage of the frozen meat from New Zealand is delivered soft, owing to defective refrigeration ; hence it compares badly with meat from the Biver Plate and Australia.
