The Chester Butter Factories are showing <.umi,of progre^a, and will shortly be com- !' °,[ r E. Brenton, storokeeper, has been luinpclled to seek tho protection of the bankruptcy Court. Fruit and shelter trees of ovory description are finding their way plentifully into the 'iNtrict. There havo be., n soveral largo sales of trees lately and " still they come." y[\ M Wrigloy has resigned hor position as a^^iitant mistress at tho Mangatainoko School. Misa Bcrnio fills her place until a iicw assistant has liecn secured, for whom tho Education Board will advertise.
