During the last five years 1 have made many analysis of samples of your cake, sent to mo by oonsumers, and without a singlo exception, I havo found all the Bamples of tho same oxcellent quality as that of tho cako which you sent me for analysis a few days ago, and I am satisfied that yon make the Waterloo Round Cakes always from the samo kind of feeding materials of the best quality, and employ them in tho same proportions.
