"THE LAND AND INCOME ASSESSMENT ACT, 1891." IN order to afford full opportunity to persons and companies of completing returns of land and mortgages for the purposes of tho above-mentioned Act, it is hereby notified that such returns will be received by the Commissioner up to tho 31st December, 1891, and will be accepted as if they had been received on the 28th November, 1891. Such rotnrns must, however, still be made showing the property as existing on tho Ist November instant. Dated this 20th day of November, 1891.
