Wrigglesworth A Binns, judging trom the reoent pictures they have turned out, maybe regarded as artiste rather than mere photographers— in fact, tho specimens exhibited by Messrs. Wrigglesworth and Binns to-day would be considered creditable to any photographic artist in either London, Paris, or Vienna. The firm have oertainly not only reduced their charges, but have at tho same time vastly improved their work." Evening Press, 26th September, 1891. — "The general verdict pronounced is that their new exposition of photographic portraiture is the finest ever seen in the city; whilst it is well known that the productions of this firm will compare favourably with any in the world.
