A cyclone destroyed the towns of Chaiga and Bandoa, in Siain, three hundrod persons being killed. Vienna, 24th November. During October 30,000 persona wore attacked by influenza. London, 24th November. H.M.S. Swinger has arrived at Plymouth. She -was hove-to fdtf fifty-five hours in a gale off Gibraltar. The uniform rate of a halfpenny for every two ounces on books, nowspapers, and patterns, between Great Britain and the colonies, comes into operation in January. (Received Novembor 25, 11 a.m.) St. Petersburg, 24th November. An enormous number of Jows were baptiaotl at Warsaw to avoid banishment.
