LONDON AND ITS WATER SUPPLY. THE POSITION IN CHILI. [SPECIAL.] (Received November 24, 11 a.m.) London, 23rd November. Tho Hon. Mr. Stuart, Unionist, and Mr. Glyn, Liboral, have been nominated for the Dorset Beat. Tho Chroniolo says that London is paying every year a million more than it ought for tho worst water supply in Europe. It expresses tho hope that Lord Harrington will lead the party of progression in the London Connty Council. Valfabaiso. 23rd November. The Chilian Government is effecting the gradual withdrawal of the paper issue, and reducing tho army and navy.
