In tho Divorce Court, Margaret Jcwett, actress, bettor known as Maggie Knight, sued for dissolution of her marriage with Henry Rohison Jewctt, an actor at present engaged at Her Majesty's Theatre. Tliero was no attendance of the respondent. The parties wero married on the 2nd of March, 1885. in Diuiedin, N.7j., according to the rites of the Anglican Church. The petitioner said that during tho last year fiho was in Melbourne and respondent ' in Sydney. On her return to tho latter city she ascertained that tho respondent had been living with another woman, and had visited a liouso of ill-fame. Ilia Honor granted a decree nisi with cost«.
