WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL. BY-LAWS. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council held on Tuesday, the 26th day of May. 1891, it was resolved that two new By-lawß entitled respectively (1) The Publio and Private Vehioles By-law Amendment By-law, 1891, And (2) The Sanitary By-law Amendment Bylaw, 1891 should bo adopted. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the CounoiltobeheldonTHUKSDAY, the 25th June, 1891, at 730 p.m. A copy of the proposed By-laws is deposited for publio inspection at the Office of the Council, Brandon street, and the object and purport of the said By-laws is given bßlow viz. : — The By-law No. 1 above-mentioned fixes the amount to be paid for lioense of any stage carriage plying partly within and partly without the oity, and provides new routes for licensed stage carriages. The By-law No. 2 provides for extension of the time within which premises existing at the oominer into foroe of the Sanitary By-law, 1889, are to be made to conform to the provisions of that By-law.
