Latest. COLLAPSE OF PORTUGUESE STOCKS.
ACTION OF LONDON AND PARIS BANKS. A REVOLUTION PEOBABLE. [special. I (Received May 14,1135 a m.) Lisbon, 13th May. Stocks have oollapsed. The London and Paris Banks aro refusing to cash notes issued by the Portuguese Banks. A revolution is looked upon as the probable outcome of the crisis, though it is doubtful^ whether the revolutionists would suooeed in their endeavours to bring- about a better state of things.
