DESTRUCTION OF TOWNS. ACCIDENT TO A BESCUE TEAIN. I SPECIAL. I (Received May 13, 10.40 a.m.) Washington, 12th May. The forest fires in Michigan are spretidisff ,' and the towns of Freesoil, Sherman, Branch, and Krister, have been destroyed. A train carrying a hundred men to assist in combatting the forest fires in Michigan was wrecked and burned. Eight men were killed.
