MACHINERY, &c. 4.— One ten - horse power tubular boiler mounted on brickwork, two digesters or vats, one disentigrator, ono bone crushing maohine, one screw press, one marine boiler., two GlO gallon coppers with worms, three 400 gallon tanks with taps, two lifting machines, 150 frames for glue dtying (more or less), boiler fittings, three cooling vats, 20 glue moulds, eight wooden working easkf", one six horse-power vertical engine one donkey engine; also, belting fittings, two spring drays, ono spring trap, two sets spring dray harness, one set spring trap harness, two cart horses, now in upon the land hereinbefore desoribed. The whole property is in good working order, and is specially adapted for oarrying on the business of a manure and gluo manufacturer, and has until recently boen used for that purpose by W. T. Pomfrey, trading as Pomfroy & Co. The property will bo sold in two lots— the machinery, plant, goods, chattels, horses, and effects in the first lot ; and the land in the second lot.
