( Hanoi's win in the Great Autumn Handicap wna a great surprise to backers, and she paid a large dividend. Mr. O'Brien bad a great innings, winning tho Great Autumn Handioap, the Champagne Ptakes, and tho Russley Stakes. At the turn Moraine fell back, and Cruohfield led into tho straight, followed by Blizzard, Palliser and Hazel. At the distanoe Pallisor had Cruohfield beaten, but was immediately challenged by Hanoi and Blizzard, and after a fine strugglo, Hazel won by a length from Palliser, who was only a neok in front of Blizzard, with Cruohfield fourth.
