A SERVIAN TRAGEDY. ASSASSINATION OF M. BELTCLIFF.
I TTNITED PEBBB ASSOCIATION. 1 Sofia, 28th Maroh. M. Beltcliff, Minister of. Finance, was assassinated in the city to-day while walking with M. Stambuloff. It is believed that it. waa intended to assassinate M. Stambuloff,. and that M. Beltolifl! was murdered in mistake.
