LBT TELEGRAPH. | (Our Own Corretpondent.J Dunidin, This Dat. Melbourne papers record the death of Mr. E. W. Carey, who will be remembered aa having organised the original Pirates of Penzance Company in this colony. He was admitted into the Melbourne Hospital on the 28th, and died half-an-honr afterwards, in a state of collapse. Carey was well known tbronghout New Zealand, and resided for a considerable period in Wellington,
