The New Hebrides resolutions, respecting restrictions placed on English traders, which are to be submitted to tbe Federal Counoil, have passed through the Legislative Assembly. Mr. D. Gillies, ex-Premier, in a powerful speech, supported the resolutions, and said that French influence was again assarting itself over the group.
