Tho Hon. S. E. SHUIMSKI moved, tho addition of a new olau«o, having for its' offoot the offering of 411 oduoational now' leases by public auotion. ' The Hon. W. H. REYNOLDS suggested tbo leases should be let oltber by auotion or by pnblio tender. This was agroed to, and the Bill was roported with amendments, tbe third rciding being fixed for Tuesday noxt. THAMES HAUBOUB BOAIiD BILL. Tim motion for the second reading of thin Bill was discharged from tho Ordor Paper, and mado an order of the day for next Tuesday fortnight.
