DtJNBDIN, 11th Ju^y. The biggost show of poultry, pigeons, cauarics, and dogs over hold in Dunedin, or even in tho oolony, was opened nnder tho außpioos of tho local sooiety this morning. The show is excellent in eyory particnlar, comprising in all 1131 entries, made up of 178 dogs, 200 pigeons and canaries, and COG poultry, Invcroargill, Oamarn, Christ* ohuroh, and Wellington all send exhibits, and the prizes seem fairly distributed.
