Two Italians, reoent arrivals here, have been advising soldiers to shoot their officers if they ordered them to charge the people at the labour celobrations on Thursday. Rome, 29th April. Most of the shops in the oity aro closed, Tho authorities havo forbiddon moetings and processions in oonnoetion with tho labour demonstration. Madrid, 29th April. A grand procession of members of various trades will be hold here on Thursday. Brusrelß, 20th April. The labour demonstrations in Boleium will ba carried out on a large scale. Ovor 200,000 workmen will take part in tho procession.
