The Wellington boundaries ax» is follows : — Mastbrton comprises tho County of Pahiatua and tho County of Wairarapa North, lesa tho Wainujoru Hiding of tbo atter county, and a portion of tho Maeiortcn Riding situate between Jtho Taueru Hirer md tho AVangaehu Kiver, and nbutli of tho road leading from tha Wangaehu Hivor td Mid across tho Mangatopi Stream to the riuieru Hivor ; together with that portion of Wcodville 11 ding, in tho County of Waipawa, which is situate aouth of Block V., Woodvillo Survov District, and south ot tho road commonoiug between Sections 1 and 2, and proceeding' easterly through Blocks VII. and IX. to tbo Manawatu l.ivcr. This district iuoludos aleo the Boroughs of Master ton and Woodvillo, and tho Town District of Pnhiatua. Population in 1886-7890. Wanganoi comprises tho Hidings of Weatmoro and Brunswick, iv the Couuty of Waitotara; the southern portion of Tokcmaru Kidingr, iv tho same county, from Kai Iwi Stream son th ward ; and the Eidingß of Matoqngaonga, Kaukatoa, Purua. and Kaitoko, in the County of Wanganui ; together with tho Hidings of Wangaohn and Okakapu, of tho County of Bangitikei ; and tbo Borough of Wanganui. Tho Lethbridgo Town District is included in tbis electoral district. Population in 1886, 8377. Rinoitikki oomprisos the Boroughs of Marton and Feilding ; the Ridings of Maungaranpi, Clitton, and Eangitoto, o! tho County of Bangitikei; and the low or portion ot Porewa Hiding, of tho same county, which is not included within tbo boundaries of the Waitotara Electoral District ; together with the wholo of tho County of Oroua, loss tho Ridings of Taonui and Fiizherbert, of that county. This district includes also Mount Stowait Hiding, of tho County of Manawatu ; and that portion of Bandon Hiding, of tbe same county, which ia situate to tho north of the rood from Salmon to the Bangitikoi Hivor, via the P&kapakatc* Native Block. Tho Town Districts of Halcombo and Bulls aro within tbis electoral distriot. Population in 1886, 7063. Palmkkston comprises tho wholo of tho County of Horowhenua ; tbo Boroughs of Palmerston North and Foxton ; tho Kidincs of Taonui and Fitzherbort, of tho County of Oroua ; the whole of tho County of Mam « watn, ezcopting the Hiding of Mount Stewart, and that part of tho Sandon Hiding north of tho road from Sanson to the Hatigitikei River, via the Pakapakatea Nativo Block; together with that portion of the Horokiwi Biding, of the County of Hutt, whioh is north of a line drawn duo east from a point on the sea coast about ono mile south of Paikakariki.
