Referi ring to the Private Sobools Bill bofore tho 1 last Parliament, ho said ho was glad to i observe that it had been supported by 1 scholars, statesmen, and men of sense in the ' House, who had shown themselves on the Bide of justice. Be that as it may, however, their duty was clear to continue the eduoation of their young, and whatever Parliament might do, they should go on until every Catholio child in the diocese was at a Catholio eohool.
