The Caulfield Stakes, of 500 boys, which is the principal weifrht-for-ajzo race at the Victoria Amateur Turf Club Spring Meeting has secured a magnificent entry of 21 of the best horses in Australia. The candidates inolude Carbine, Oakleigh, Bravo, Dreadnought, Singapore, Chicago, Whakawai, Silverton, Tradition, Dnnkeld, Richelieu, and Pakeha. The raoe is run next Saturday, the distance being 14 miles. It will be noticed that Abercorn is not entered.
