It is now an established fact that tho Albo-Carbon system of gas-lighting is the best and most economical beforo the publio. It decreases the consumption of gab from 25 to 30 per cent., 1000 ft of Albo-Caeuon Gas being equal to 3000 ft of ordinary gas, ftnd a dull, wavering light is rendered intensely brisht and steady.
