In connection with the seizure of an Atderi can fishing vessel, the State offioials deolar that tho American jurisdiction over th Alaskan side of Behring Sea is absolute, an therefore no basis for parleying. The American revenue steamers Boar an Thetis have been ordered to Behring Sea.
