[ UNITED FBBSB ASSOCIATION. ] (Received May 11, 12.50 p.m.) London, 10th May. The Radical members of the House of Commons intend to memoralise Lord Salisbury to oompel Lord Lytton, the British Ambassador at Paris, to return to that oity, in order that Great Britain may be properly represented there during the Exhibition.
