CAHILL v. HODGSON.
• TO THE EDITOB. Sir, — With reference to the case of Cabill v. Hodgson, beard at Dane in, m the report stands the young girl, through not being represented, was tionsnited. As farther proceedings are being taken by her father, an old and respected settler of 46 years, it is to be hoped that public opinion will be suspended till the case ia reheard. I am, &c, H. J. L.
