DELANEY CROSS EXAMINED. | SPECIAL. | London, 18th January. At the Times-Parnell Commission Delanoy, the convict. waß cross-examined by Sir Chas. Russell. His evidence given in the examination in ohief as to Miobaol Davitt and J. Bigerar being presont at meetings of the Land League and Fenians was not shaken. Ho swore that the Land and National Leagues, the Fenian organisation, and the Invinoibles were affiliated. He was not aware of the existence of the Times-Parnell Commission until he was summoned as a witness. His age was 35, and he admitted having served five years for robbery before reoeivinpr bis presont sentence, and that hiß brother had been hanged. The sale of copies of the articles published by The Times on " Parnellism and Crime " has been prohibited by the Commission.
