I Captain Mann, of H.M.S. Rapid, departs for Melbourne by the s.s. Waihora on Monday. The report that he has been commissioned to take charge of the Victorian fleet is not correct. Captain Mann is sim ply on leave at present, but will ultimately command the Victorian fleet. Admiral Fairfax has received a cable to the effect that H.M.S.
