During yesterday's storm a Chinaman was atruok by lightning at Penrith and killed. Melbourne, This Day. Two men named Drisooll and Dee, while crossing Lake Wendowree in a boat yesterday had angry words, and Drisooll struck Dee on the head. The latter sucoumbed to his injuries shortly afterwards. Drisooll has been arrested. Brisbane, This Day. The Government deny the statement oablod from England that Sir Thomas M'llwraith resisned the Premiership and Treasurership in consequenoo of pressure from the National and Irish parties. A man named Wahon was struok by lightning at Win ton, yesterday, and killed.
