I UNITID FBKBS ASSOCIATION.] (Received December 3, 12.40 p.m.) London, Ist Deoember, Sir H. A. Blake, in a letter to the press, refutes the assumption that the Irish population in the oolonies ia displaying a factions opposition to new Governors because they are nominated by the Imperial authorities. He considers it unjust to stigmatise the Irish of the oolonies as disloyal to the British Government.
