Mr. Gainsford Bruce, a Tory, was elected for the Holborn seat in the Houbo of Commons (vacant by the death of Colonel Franois Duncan), polling 4398. His opponent, Lord Compton, a Gladstonite, polled 3133. Belgrade, 30th November. King Milan's divorce has been quashed, on the ground of irregularity in the proceedings.
