Adelaide, 29th Docombcr. Sir Robort Dalrymplo Roes, X.8., tho late Speaker of tho Legislative Assembly, was acoorded a public funeral to-day. Tho oortige started from tho Houses of Parliament, the procession including his Excellency Sir William Robinson, the officials and members of both Houses of the Legislators, the Aldermon and Councillors of the city of Adelaide, and representatives from the various public bodies. The service was conducted by Bishop Kennion. Flags woro hoisted at half mast, and the shopß along tho route wero closed. All tho Government offices wero closed to-day out of respect for tho deceased. Mklbourke, 29th Docombcr. Mr. iohn Anderson, tho General Traffio Manager for the Victorian Railways, died to-day.
