DUBLIN CORPORATION PROTEST AGAINST ENGLISH TYRANNY. . by electric telegraph— coptright. [special to united press association. (Received September 19, 11 a.m.) London, 18th September. Dublin City Council has resolved to protest against the tyrannical policy of the English Government as shown by tho murderous attacks of tho police on tho Irish people; also that it regards O'Brien's speech as a patriotic one, and urges tho tenants to accept his advice.
