BT KLKCTRIO TELEGRAPH.— COPTRIGHT. [RBUTKR'B TELBGRAMB.I (Received Septembor 16, 1.15 p.m.) Perth, W.A., 15th Septomber. A quarrel has been proceeding between Chief Justice Onßlow and tho Governor, Sir Napier Broorao, which was brought to a climax to-day by the interdiction of tho Chiof Justice, in consequonco of his having communicated to the press a copy of tho official documents relating to tho dispute.
