STATEMENT OF THE NORTH GERMAN GAZETTE. BY KIiKCTRIC TELEGRAPH— COPYRIGHT. IREDTKR'B TKLEORAMB. I Berlin, 10th September. Tho North German Gazette states that the Government have not been informed of the reported aotion of Germany in Samoa, but it admits that the squadron has been ordered to demand satisfaction for robbery and ill-treatment of German settlers. If this is refused, the Qazetto statoß aotion is probable. England, Germany, and America nave equal rights, and their relations toward Samoa would not be affeoted by the fate of King Malietoa.
