Next Friday's Land Sale.

♦ The next sale of the Wellington and Manawata Railway Company's land to be held on Friday next, the 13th inst., by Messrs. T. Kennedy Macdonald & Co., is exoiting a very considerable amonnt of attention throughout the town and country districts. The block to be sold comprises four thousand acres adjacent to the company's township of Manukau, and the quality of the soil is noted in the district as being first-class. The sections to be Bold range in area from 11 acres to 279 acres. The feature of the sale is the liberal terms on which the land is to be sold, tho terms being a deposit of 10 per cent-, and the balance in seven years, at 5 per cent, interest. These terms should suit the views of all classes. Intending purchasers wishing to inspect the various sections prior to the eale have every facility offered for doing co. To-morrow the train leaving the Wellington station at 9 o'olock a.m. runs through to Manukau. takine passengers at 3s 6d for return tickets. Tho town sections in the township of Manukau will also be sold on Friday next.
