Sin— l attended Mrs. Silbery's benefit at the Volunteer Drillshed on Wednesday evening, and I must confess I enjoyed mysolf very much indeed, and must compliment the Navals on tho splendid way in which they carried tho entertainment through; and I think it is a pity if they do not repeat it at an early date. lam sure, by the expressions I heard around me and conversations I had with different people,, that they would be rewarded with a bumper house, and be enabled to increase the cheque for Mrs. Silbery. lam, &c, Chakitt.
