[united pbess association.'] Auckland, 22nd January. At tbe Wesleyan Conference to-day Mr. T. Jonnahin was received on probation, and Mr. S. B. Fclloweß is to be Bent to a Btation if found necessary. Mr. J. F. Burrowes and Mr. C. Laws were retained as Btudents for a | third year, Mr. G. Chapman for a second year, and Messrs. Nott and Murray to go to college for training. It was decided that the ordination of Maoris who have passed their probation should take place during the Conference. The Examination Committee has appointed Mr. W. B. Martin convener.
