THE DISSOLUTION OF THE N.S.W. PARLIAMENT. HEAVY RAINS IN BRISBANE. [retjter's telegrams.] (Received January 24, 12.30 p.m.) Sydney, This Day. It is expected that Parliament will be dissolved on Wednesday next. Sir Henry Parkes will expound the policy of the Government in the House to-day. The weather is unsettled, and muoh rain is falling here and in the country districts. Brisbane, This Day. Heavy storma have been experienced in this city and neighbourhood, accompanied by a deluge of Tain. Railway communication has been partly suspended, and some damago has boon caused to shipping.
